Meet Donna

A little bit about me...

​

I've always had a passion for wellness. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to care for others in many different roles. I've studied nursing, operated a successful home daycare, raised seven children, and built my career as a Registered Certified Reflexologist and Registered Massage Therapist.

​

Nurturing and caring for others have been at the heart of my life for more than half of my lifetime. My goal has always been to make a positive difference, and wellness therapy allows me to do exactly that.

​

Being able to support people on their wellness journey and become a small part of their story is truly a gift, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day.
